What it is
ISO 29993:2017 specifies requirements for learning services outside formal education (LSOFE) — including all forms of lifelong learning such as vocational training, in-company training, professional development, language teaching, coaching, tutoring and workshops. It focuses on the competences and evaluation applied to learning services, the information made available to learners and interested parties, and the transparency of the learning service. UNI ISO 29993:2019 is the Italian (UNI) adoption of that standard.
