Presenta un reclamo o un ricorso riguardante le attività di certificazione CAS. Tutte le richieste sono gestite in modo imparziale e riservato in conformità con la norma ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015.

CAS Policy — ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 §9.7 & §9.8

CAS is responsible for all decisions at all levels of the complaints and appeals-handling process. Submission, investigation and decision shall not result in any discriminatory actions against the complainant or appellant. All submissions are treated with strict confidentiality. You will receive acknowledgement of receipt within 5 business days. The decision will be made by individuals not previously involved in the subject of the submission.

Complaint — §9.8

File a complaint about CAS activities, an auditor's conduct, a certified client's behaviour, or misuse of the CAS mark. CAS will determine, with the certified client and complainant, whether and to what extent the matter is made public.

Appeal — §9.7

File an appeal against a CAS certification decision (e.g. refusal to grant, suspension, withdrawal, or scope change). Submission, investigation and decision shall not result in any discriminatory action against the appellant.

Confidentiality Preference (§9.8.5)

Per ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 §9.8.5, CAS will determine with you and (where applicable) the certified client whether — and to what extent — the subject of your complaint and its resolution are made public. Choose how you would like your information handled.

Per ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 §9.7.4 and §9.8.5: submission, investigation and decision of complaints / appeals shall not result in any discriminatory action against the submitter. Your identity and submission are kept confidential to the extent permitted by law and consistent with the option you selected above.
