ISO 37001:2025 is the second edition of the international standard for anti-bribery management systems, published February 2025 by Technical Committee ISO/TC 309 (Governance of organizations). It cancels and replaces ISO 37001:2016 and incorporates Amendment 1:2024. Main changes: (1) subclauses added on climate change and the importance of compliance culture; (2) conflicts of interest explicitly addressed; (3) the anti-bribery function concept clarified; (4) wording harmonised with other standards; (5) the latest ISO Harmonized Structure introduced. It addresses bribery in all its forms — public, private, domestic, and international.
