You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from CAS.

4. Certification Mark

The CAS certification mark may only be used by organisations holding a current, valid CAS certificate, in accordance with the Rules and Regulations for Use of Certification Mark available on our Document Library page.

5. Accuracy of Information

CAS takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on this website. However, information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Certificate validity must be verified through the CAS CertSearch portal or IAF CertSearch.

6. Limitation of Liability

CAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on information contained herein.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
