The scope statement appears verbatim on your certificate. Write it in the language of your legal documents — exactly as you want it printed. Per IAF MD 23:2023, generic statements like "manufacturing" are not acceptable. Use precise activities and products.
Use precise verbs (designed, manufactured, distributed, traded, serviced, installed, repaired…). Be specific about products / sectors.
