Resolution Process & Timeline
- Upon submission, you will receive an email acknowledgment with a unique Case ID within 24 business hours.
- Your submission will be reviewed by the relevant CAS manager and the impartiality committee.
- Complaints:Â We aim to investigate and provide a formal response within 30 calendar days.
- Appeals:Â Decisions subject to appeal will be escalated to an independent appeals panel for review.
- You will be kept informed of the progress throughout the process.
