Resolution Process & Timeline

  • Upon submission, you will receive an email acknowledgment with a unique Case ID within 24 business hours.
  • Your submission will be reviewed by the relevant CAS manager and the impartiality committee.
  • Complaints: We aim to investigate and provide a formal response within 30 calendar days.
  • Appeals: Decisions subject to appeal will be escalated to an independent appeals panel for review.
  • You will be kept informed of the progress throughout the process.
